How to Make a Bulin 47 AI Video
A simple photo-to-video guide: upload, sign in, purchase a package, generate, and download your 15-second freestyle.
Your photo is the starting point
Bulin47VideoAI uses a portrait as an identity reference and a built-in freestyle video as the motion and scene reference. The output is a 15-second, 9:16 MP4. Duration, format, and resolution are set automatically, so there is no model menu to work through. This is an independent creation service and is not affiliated with Bulin 47.
1. Choose a clear portrait
Use a JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. Pick a photo with one adult clearly visible, facing the camera in good lighting. Show the face, hair, and upper body. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, blur, and faces that are very small in the frame. Use your own photo or an adult who has explicitly authorized this use.
2. Upload and confirm permission
Open the generator and click the upload area, or drag your photo into it. You can inspect the local preview, replace the image, or remove it before uploading to our service. Check the permission box to confirm both your right to use the portrait and permission to send it to Kie.ai for generation. Previewing a local photo does not start a paid job.
3. Sign in and choose your package
Sign in without leaving the generator. Your selected photo stays in place while the sign-in dialog is open. If you have no unused purchased videos, choose Single Video for $9, Creator Pack for $19.90 for three videos, or Studio Pack for $29.90 for five. Each generation uses one video. There are no subscriptions, points, quality upgrades, or automatic renewals.
4. Complete secure payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment information is handled on the provider's hosted checkout. Returning to this website alone does not confirm payment: the server verifies the provider's payment notification and matches it to your order. Once payment is confirmed in the generator, your prepared video request continues automatically. Do not buy again just because a notification is delayed.
5. Let the video generate
The motion reference supplies the scene and performance timing. Your photo supplies the main performer's appearance. Settings are fixed to MiniMax H3, 15 seconds, a vertical 9:16 frame, and the site's default resolution. The original reference soundtrack is restored to the finished MP4. Generation timing depends on the provider and queue; no fixed completion time is promised.
6. Preview and download
When the task finishes, the generator shows the completed video and a Download MP4 button. You can also find it under My Creations. Play the result with sound and check the whole clip before posting it. Faces, clothing, hands, background motion, and mouth movement can vary because the visuals are AI-generated. Restoring the original audio does not guarantee perfect lip synchronization.
7. Share with context
You can upload an authorized result to a platform that accepts vertical MP4 video. Follow its current synthetic-media labels and content rules. Make it clear that the scene is an AI remix. Avoid presenting the clip as a real event, an endorsement, or a recording of someone who did not participate. A downloaded file does not grant rights to third-party likenesses, music, or footage.
If something goes wrong
For an upload error, check the file format and size first and try a clearer portrait. For an unavailable payment method, wait until the service shows a configured channel. For a pending payment, check your order in Account rather than making another purchase. For a processing job, revisit My Creations; an active task can be checked without submitting another paid request. When a generation fails or times out, its reserved video allowance is returned automatically.
Keep the clips you care about
Stored media is eligible for deletion after 100 days. Download your result when it is ready and keep your own backup. You can delete stored assets sooner in Account.
