Terms of Service
Purchase terms, permitted use, video generation behavior, and service limitations.
The service
Bulin47VideoAI is an independent AI video creation service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47. You must be an adult and use the service with accurate account and payment information.
One-time video packages
Single Video costs $9 for one generation; Creator Pack costs $19.90 for three; Studio Pack costs $29.90 for five, in USD. Final totals and any applicable provider charges are shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Unused purchased videos remain available while your account and the service remain active.
Payment and fulfillment
Only server-verified payment grants access to the purchased videos. Browser redirects are not proof of payment. Each generation reserves one purchased video. A failed or timed-out job returns that allowance. A successful job consumes it even when you prefer a different artistic result. Purchase refunds are addressed separately in our refund policy.
Your content and permissions
Upload only your own photo or that of a consenting adult. You must have the rights needed to use and share submitted content. Do not use minors, unauthorized likenesses, deceptive impersonation, or material prohibited by our content policy. Generated files do not transfer rights to underlying music, footage, brands, or likenesses.
AI output limitations
The output is AI-generated and may alter facial details, movement, clothing, or backgrounds. The original soundtrack is restored, but exact lip synchronization is not guaranteed. The site does not guarantee virality, reach, a fixed completion time, or suitability for a particular platform.
Files and account access
Media is eligible for deletion after 100 days. Download your completed videos and retain your own copies. Keep your account secure. We may restrict misuse or investigate reported content. Contact us about billing, access, or removal issues through the contact page.
